Birdfeeding: Friends of a Feather Flock Together

Today is sunny and warm.

I haven't fed the birds yet. I've seen a few flying around but not close.

I put the first coat of water sealant on the first side of the decorative wagonwheel.

EDIT 10/20/24 -- I fed the birds. I've seen a mixed flock of sparrows and house finches plus a male downy woodpecker.

We walked around the wagonwheel garden to find the rock border amidst the tall grass, so that my partner Doug can trim around it later.

I've seen a bumblebee on the Shithouse Marigolds. :D They are still going strong when most other flowers are dying back.

EDIT 10/20/24 -- I flipped the wagonwheel and sprayed the other side.

I watered the patio plants, picnic table, and septic garden.

Something has been pecking at the suet cake a little bit. \o/

EDIT 10/20/24 -- I watered the savanna seedlings, prairie notch, white garden, telephone pole garden, and grass patch.

EDIT 10/20/24 -- I did a bit of work around the patio.

EDIT 10/20/24 -- I brought in the wagonwheel and rolled up the tarp.

As it is getting dark, I am done for the night.
