Birdfeeding: Friends of a Feather Flock Together

Today is cloudy and mild.  It rained off and on yesterday through last night.

Our new garden shed arrived!  :D 3q3q3q!!!

I moved the goddess statue from its garden indoors for the winter.

I fed the birds.  I've seen a flock of sparrows.  I heard a woodpecker drumming but didn't see it.

I put out water for the birds and watered a few plants.

I took pictures of the new shed to post later.

EDIT 11/6/24 -- I did a bit of work around the patio.

EDIT 11/6/24 -- I planted 12 daffodils around the last oak seedling in the savanna, half plain and half mixed.  I also planted 5 of the weird sprouting heads from the echinacea into the big bluestem patch of the prairie garden.

I've seen a tufted titmouse, a male downy woodpecker, and a male fox squirrel in the forest garden.  The suet in the cage is well-pecked now, so the birds have been going at it.  I startled a flock of mourning doves in the forest garden.

EDIT 11/6/24 -- I planted 12 more daffodils, 6 under the mulberry in the house yard and 6 under Home Base.

As it is getting dark, I am done for the night.
